Technique Highlight: Screen Printing

So every now and then I am going to do a post highlighting a technique that I have used in my current collection.

This time Screen Printing. I did a blog post last year when I first started to try this out. I felt for this collection All You Need is Love I was able to use the technique in the collection. I kept it simple for the first time using lots of rows of hearts.

Cute I think though and effective, I drew the hearts on my Ipad and repeated it into rows.

This is a little video of me using the screen print.

I print it onto a slab of clay and the once paint has dried I cut it and then bake it.
